What's below is honest about which parts are real (the free part) and which are placeholders (everything stamped "Coming later"). Before anything costs money, you'll get an email from us.

Is it really free right now?
Yes. During early access, everything Dispatch does is free: mailboxes, AI import, sequences, Unibox, timelines, DNS checks and tracking. There's no trial clock running. We approve new accounts by hand while we're early, and in return we'd like to hear what breaks and what's missing. Normal sending limits still apply, because they protect your mailboxes.
What happens when paid plans launch?
You'll get an email from us before paid plans start, and nothing is charged automatically because we don't have your card. Early-access accounts keep working until you choose a plan or we announce a change with notice.
Do I need a card?
No. Not to sign up, and not during early access. You'll only be asked for payment details if you choose a paid plan after they launch.
Are there sending limits?
Yes, on purpose. Every mailbox has a daily limit, and new mailboxes ramp up slowly. Your email provider has its own limits too, and we stay under them. We may pause sending if bounces or complaints spike, as described in our Acceptable use policy.
Can I cancel or export my data?
Right now there's nothing to cancel, since there's no subscription. You can stop sending at any time and delete your account. Your leads, campaigns and replies are yours — export leads as CSV from the Leads page. Deletion details are in our Privacy policy.
