What Dispatch is for
In short. Honest, one-to-one style B2B outreach from mailboxes you control, with polite follow-ups that stop when someone replies.
Intended use
B2B cold outreach, follow-ups, and reply handling, sent from mailboxes you own or are authorized to use.
Not intended for
Bulk consumer newsletters, high-volume transactional mail, or campaigns that ignore opt-outs or anti-spam law.
Lists you may use
In short. Lawfully obtained business contacts only. No purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis to email those people.
Allowed sources
Business contacts you obtained lawfully and have a plausible reason to contact (for example prior relationship, public business role with a legitimate interest where that applies, or consent).
Purchased and scraped lists
Do not upload or send to purchased, rented, or scraped lists unless you have an independent lawful basis for each recipient. When in doubt, don't send.
Consumer and sensitive contacts
Don't use Dispatch to spam consumers or to contact people in ways that violate stricter local rules (including GDPR/PECR/CASL where they apply).
What you must include
In short. Accurate From details, non-misleading subjects, a real postal address, and a working opt-out that you honor. Dispatch can add address and unsubscribe lines — you must keep them accurate.
Honest headers and subject lines
From names, addresses, and subjects must not be deceptive.
Physical postal address
Include a valid physical postal address for the sender in every commercial email.
A working opt-out
Provide a clear opt-out and honor it promptly. Do not email someone who opted out.
Laws outside the US
If you email people in other countries, you must meet those laws too. This page is not legal advice.
What's not allowed
In short. No phishing, malware, forged headers, harassment, illegal content, or impersonation. No evading a suspension with a new account.
Phishing and malware
No emails that trick people into sharing credentials, installing malware, or visiting harmful sites.
Deception and impersonation
No forged or misleading headers, and no pretending to be another person or company without authorization.
Harassment and illegal content
No threats, harassment, or content that is illegal where you or your recipients are.
Spam and list abuse
No unsolicited bulk spam, and no continuing to email after opt-out.
Circumvention
Don't create new accounts to bypass a pause, ban, or rate limit.
Sending limits and our safety controls
In short. Per-mailbox caps, pacing, and automatic stops exist to protect mailboxes and recipients. We may tighten limits when we see risk.
Daily caps and pacing
Each mailbox has a daily send cap and randomized gaps between sends. Cold-email defaults are intentionally lower than provider hard caps.
Automatic pauses
We may automatically pause a mailbox or workspace on elevated bounces, blocks, spam complaints, or other abuse signals.
Stop on reply
Sequences stop for a lead on reply, bounce, or unsubscribe so you don't keep nudging people who already answered.
Enforcement
In short. We may warn, pause sending, or suspend accounts that break this policy.
What we may do
Warn, require changes, pause campaigns, disconnect mailboxes, or suspend the workspace.
No refund obligation
During free early access there is no paid fee to refund. Later paid plans may state their own refund rules.
Cooperation
If we ask for list source or compliance details, respond promptly so we can decide whether sending can resume.
Reporting abuse
In short. Seen Dispatch used for abuse? Write to hello@devqueue.co.
How to report
Email hello@devqueue.co (or hello@devqueue.co) with the sending address, message samples, and timestamps. A person reviews reports.
What happens next
We investigate, may pause the account, and will follow up when we can without exposing other customers' private data.
Plain-English draft. Contact us with questions.
