Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and DevQueue for using Dispatch. Plain-English summaries sit at the top of every section.
Last updated 2026-10-03 · Effective 2026-10-03
Contracting entity: DevQueue
Acceptance
In short. By creating an account or using Dispatch, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf. If you don't agree, don't use Dispatch.
Agreement to these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and DevQueue ("we", "us") for use of Dispatch. They apply when you create an account, invite teammates, or otherwise use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you accept for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Accounts
In short. Give us real details and keep your login safe. During early access we may approve new accounts by hand. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what teammates you invite do.
Creating an account
Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. One person per login; don't share passwords.
Early access and approval
While Dispatch is in early access we may review and approve or decline signups. We can refuse or revoke access that puts the platform, recipients, or other customers at risk.
Workspaces and teammates
Each workspace is private to its members. People you invite can see the campaigns, leads, mailboxes, and replies in that workspace. You are responsible for their use of Dispatch under these terms.
Keeping your account secure
Choose a strong password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for loss caused by credentials you share or fail to protect.
Acceptable use of sending
In short. You're responsible for the emails you send and for following anti-spam law. That means a real postal address, a working opt-out, honest subject lines, and only emailing people you're allowed to email.
Your responsibility for what you send
You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through Dispatch and for complying with CAN-SPAM and any other laws that apply to your recipients (for example GDPR, PECR, or CASL where they apply). We do not guarantee inbox placement or deliverability.
Opt-outs and your postal address
Every campaign email must include a valid physical postal address and a clear way to opt out. You must honor opt-outs promptly. Dispatch can add your workspace address and an unsubscribe path; you must keep that address accurate.
Lists you may email
Only email people you have a lawful basis to contact. Do not use purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
Limits we enforce
We enforce per-mailbox daily caps, send pacing, and stop-on-reply behavior to protect mailboxes and recipients. We may pause sending or suspend accounts that trigger abuse signals.
Your mailboxes and credentials
In short. Only connect mailboxes you own or are allowed to use. We store the mailbox password encrypted so Dispatch can send and read replies. Once saved, nobody can view it in the app.
Mailboxes you connect
Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to use. Connecting a mailbox proves control of that address for sending and reply sync.
How we use and store your credentials
Mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using an application encryption key. They are write-only in the product UI. We use them only to send mail over SMTP, sync replies over IMAP, and append copies to Sent. Application operators do not have a product path to view plaintext passwords.
AI processing
In short. The AI reads files you upload to build campaigns, drafts emails only when you ask, and suggests labels for replies. It never sends anything you haven't reviewed. AI output can be wrong, so you check it before launch.
What the AI processes
When you use AI features, we send relevant uploaded files, lead fields, email bodies, and reply text to our AI provider to extract structure, draft copy, or suggest labels.
AI drafts and your review
AI drafts stay marked until you approve them. Nothing AI-generated is sent without your review and launch. You remain responsible for the final content.
AI providers
We currently process AI requests through Google Gemini. Provider retention and training policies are governed by Google's terms for that API. We do not use your content to train our own models.
Content you upload
In short. Your leads, files and emails stay yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run Dispatch for you. You can export or delete them.
Ownership
You retain ownership of leads, documents, email copy, and other content you upload or create in Dispatch.
Permission to operate the service
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide Dispatch to you and your workspace members.
Export and deletion
You can export leads (CSV) and request account or workspace deletion by contacting us. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited retention window before purge.
Suspension
In short. We can pause sending or suspend an account that puts recipients, mailboxes or the platform at risk, or that breaks these terms. When we do, we'll tell you why and how to reach a person.
When we may suspend
We may pause sending or suspend access for spam complaints, bounce or blocklist signals, Acceptable Use violations, legal requests, or security incidents.
What happens during a suspension
Sending stops; you may retain read access to review data unless we must lock the account for security or legal reasons. Contact us to appeal.
Closing your account
You may close your account by contacting us. We may close accounts that remain inactive or that repeatedly violate these terms. Closing ends the license to use Dispatch.
Liability
In short. We work hard to keep Dispatch running and careful, but we can't promise inbox placement, replies or uptime. Our liability is limited, and you're responsible for claims that come from what you send.
No guarantee of delivery or results
We do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, or any business outcome from your campaigns.
Service provided as-is
Dispatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevQueue's total liability arising out of these terms or Dispatch is limited to the amounts you paid us for Dispatch in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your emails, lists, content, or violation of these terms or applicable law.
Changes
In short. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. Keep using Dispatch after that and the new terms apply.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will provide notice (for example by email or in-product notice) before they take effect.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features, especially during early access. We will try not to remove core sending capability without notice.
